What has happened on Friday? Nifty Index, opened on a negative note at 24748.70, on the opening move it made a day low 24671.45 further it moved up; made a day high 25029.50 and closed on a positive note at 25003.05 with intra gain 252.15 points, i.e., 1.02%.
What will happen today?
Nifty Index: Today, we expect the Nifty may open near 24960-25030-25080 levels; if open, trade and sustain above 25080 then, the index may re-test 25130-25170-25215-25260-25305 levels. On the other hand, the immediate support lies at 24925-24865 if, the Index moves below 24865 then, it may try to re-visit 24830-24790-24750-24715-24670 levels.
Special Mention: On Friday, Nifty Index continued the up trend, moved near our thrshold resistance levels i.e., 25090, made a high 25029.50 and closed above support levels i.e., 24900. Today, the Nifty index must trade, sustain and closes above 25080-25130; it may continue the pull back rally to re-test 25305-25535 levels in the near term. On the other hand, the immediate support seen at 24925-24790-24710, further weakness below 24710 then, the Index may try to re-visit 24600-24460 levels in the near term. Let see how the Index opens today near 24960-25030-25080 levels.
Nifty Bank Index: On Friday, Nifty Bank Index opened on a negative note at 55699.45, on the opening move, it made a low 55534.75 thereafter, it moved up, made a high 56695 and closed on a positive note at 56578.40 with an intra gain 817.55 points, i.e., 1.44%, today Nifty Bank Index must move and sustain above 56695-56810 levels; if to do so, then it may try to test 56945-57100-57250-57405 levels. On the other hand, any weakness near56695-56810 further, it moves below 56495-56330 then, the Index may re-visit 56170-56005-55880-55750-55535 levels.
Sensex Index: On Friday, Sensex opened on a negative note at 81434.24 on the opening move, it made a day low 81140.11; thereafter, it moved up and made a high 82299.89 and closed on a positive at 82188.99 with an intra gain 746.95 points, i.e., 0.92%, today Sensex must move and sustain above 82300-82490 levels; if to do so, then it may try to re-test 82615-82720-82865-83015-83240 levels. On the other hand, any weakness near 82300-82490 further, it moves below 82065-81960 then, the Index may re-visit 81855-81720-81585-81410 levels.
PUT/CALL Ratio: Over all Nifty Index Put and Call ratio for 06th Jun'25 stands at 1.05 when compared with previous day level of 0.84, normally the reading below 1 denotes weakness, above 1 denotes strength on the index.
FII's & DII's Funds Flow: On Friday, FIIs, turned as a net buyer, they bought on the net basis to the tune of Rs.1009.71 Cr. On the other hand, DIIs continued as a net buyer they bought on the net basis to the tune of Rs.9342.48 Cr.
INDIA's Macro Data:-
On 02nd Jun'25-Monday, the HSBC Manufacturing PMI data released for the month of May'25, it moved down to 57.60 from 58.20 i.e., Apr'25. Likewise, the HSBC Services PMI data for the month of May'25 released on 04th Jun'25-Wednesday, it moved up marginally to 58.80 from 58.70 i.e., Apr'25.
The RBI MPC meet held on 06th Jun'25-Friday, the MPC has reduced the Repo rate by 50 BPS to 5.50% from the existing rate of 6.00%, also it has rdeuced the CRR-Cash Reserve Ratio by 100 BPS to 3% from 4%.
GDP data for the Q4 ending Mar'25 released on 30th May'25-Friday, the GDP has moved up to 7.40% Vs.6.40% (Q3-Dec'24).
IIP data for Mar'25 released on 12th May'25-Monday, the Industrial production has gone up to 3.00%; when compared to the Feb'25 level, i.e., 2.90%.
Annual Inflation data for Apr'25 released on 13th May'25-Tuesday, the inflation has come down to 3.16% from May'25 level i.e., 3.34%.
WPI Inflation data for the month of Apr'25 released on 14th May'25-Wednesday, it has come down to 0.85% as against the May'25 level i.e.,2.05%.
